Chemexcil Registration
Basic Chemicals Export Promotion Council member for chemical exports from India.
GSTIN Registration
GST-registered company. IGST refund claimed on all zero-rated export supplies.

Mandatory for all spice exports. Issued by Spices Board of India. Accepted globally.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Issued by Plant Quarantine Dept. Certifies product is free of pests and plant diseases.
Lab Analysis Report
NABL-accredited lab tests for pesticide residue, aflatoxin, moisture and purity.
Certificate of Origin (COO)
Issued by DGFT or Chamber of Commerce. Enables GSP preferential tariff benefits.
Bill of Lading
Issued by shipping line after loading. Original BL sent via courier or telex release.
COA & MSDS (Chemicals)
Certificate of Analysis and Material Safety Data Sheet included with all chemical shipments.
